mwdwOtompan (termine mweanahuatl per "luogo degli mweqOtomi") o mwegOtumba (versione mwewspagnola) fu un mwfaaltepetl, ovvero una mwfqCittà-Stato mwfgprecolombiana, situato nella parte superiore della mwfwValle del Messico (ora in mwgaMessico). Secondo le fonti scritte risalenti al periodo coloniale (XVI e XVII secolo), Otompan fu fondata attorno al mwgg1395, quando mwgwTechotlalatzin, re di mwhaTexcoco, vi insediò i mwhqrifugiati mwhgOtomi in fuga dalla conquista di mwhwXaltocan da parte dei mwiaTepanechi di mwiqTezozómoc.
